if he intended that I simply translate the German text

into English, well, I suppose that I do have access to that. I compared
(briefly) the German text to the currently published English text and it
seems that version 4.2 (German) is 64 pages, 4.3 (German) is 69 pages, and
3.? English is around 30 pages. Wowser!
Sorry, just rambling, but, I guess that I am off the hook for now :-)
