Hi :) I'm not sure about wider context but perhaps reduce "option choices" to just "options"? Hmm, that doesn't seem right either!
It is almost definitely wrong to have both words as plurals. So, "option choices" is better but it still looks odd given the meanings of the two words. Perhaps "choice of options" might make more sense? Maybe "the choice of settings available for the various options"? Good catches, as always!
