Hi :)
Hazel let me know that when she uploads her changes it's easy to see her
changes in the document and therefore possible to use that to redo her
changes to whichever version you have been working on. It's also possible
to work from her emails to the mailing list instead.

Is anyone able to take on the job of copying her changes from the versions
she has been uploading into the ones done by Dave and Milos?
Regards from
Tom :)

I have assumed throughout that someone was going to make the corrections to
the published book by hand. So when there were only one or two
easily-described changes, I have written them into my email report and when
there were more I uploaded a file into the feedback folder. I have used
change-marking so you can see at a glance what I have done. Maybe I should
lay off for a while until you and Dave get this reformatting sorted out.
