Hi :) Are you hoping to do translations or work on the English (US) versions? (or both).
If you want to do translations then there is a different mailing list to join. Also if you can read and write in Bulgarian (or any other non-English language) then there is likely to be a 'local' mailing list that you might enjoy joining. You don't have to join any of those to do the English versions.
