The list of all attributes and tags that are stripped from the content
when packing the help is here:

xmlhelp/util/compact.xsl

["@" marks an attribute there]

Having said that, some of these are used during the process (like the
'indexer' mentioned below).

"indexer" defaults to include, no need to add it explicitly, you only
want to set indexer="exclude" for few pages maybe; I wouldn't add an
explicit indexer="include".

"status" is completely unused from what I can see.

Completely unused, let's kill it, we have history in the git ;-)
