I had been working on changing the OOO character styles to LO styles,
but apparently I didn't do all the chapters. I'll try to remember to
do more chapters on the next revision.

Would be so good if we could change them in Find&Replace like we can
change paragraph styles. There is probably an enhancement request for
this.
