Hi Milos The process to add a new background content (hatch, pattern, color, gradient, etc...) is to first Add an empty content and then select it for modification.
If an content exist already and must be modified, select it and apply the modifications. That explain why LO don't "Save the selected...", the selected is already in the list and will be modified. To first create a content and then save it to the exisiting list, a change in the UI controller is necessary and the UX guys must jump in.
