Thanks for the quick response. Yep! Anchors were originally the "/bone of contention/", but we now have consensus on the final "/Figure/" image anchor being to paragraph.
I Explored numerous ways that a new contributor might try to add "/Figures/" in a document revision and this 7 step instruction seemed to be the the most reliable method of producing some kind of standard, even if it is somewhat laborious. I would be delighted if someone comes forward with a better/simpler solution that I have overlooked. Wednesday is fine, I want to give as many folks as possible a chance to give feedback.
