As indicated in a separate thread, I've struggled to follow the
instructions specified in chapter 8 to create a table using the Table
Wizard. Bug 131576 has been raised.

So for the moment I have abandoned my review and removed my name from the
relevant entry in the Guide Status spreadsheet.
