I have finished my review of Appendix B. It was in a very rough draft state, and I was unable to decide what to do in some cases. I have left a lot of comments on what I have done and the questions still needing answers. It is in the Feedback folder.
While working on Appendix B, I found several cases of German words in Appendix A that I missed when I reviewed it. I have now changed them into English (with Track Changes on) and placed the file in Feedback.
