Hi Colleen, I am surprised that you found "lots" of direct formatting in that chapter, though we sometimes miss removing some. Could you give me an example? Also, what Olivier said: always use styles. Lastly: although you said you had "updated the tracking sheet", I did not see any update on the status spreadsheet, so I added your initials and date. Jean
