With regards to your query on the number of languages stated on page 9
of the 7.0 Calc Guide.
My opinion is that we should update this statement in the next issue.
However, I'm not sure the exact number really matters in the context of
the Calc Guide Preface and I'd prefer that we didn't have to update that
number at every issue of the guide. Could we just say that there are
"over 100"?
Maybe also look at the next sentence in the Preface which states
"Additionally, there are over 70 spelling, hyphenation, and thesaurus
dictionaries available for languages, and dialects that do not have a
localized program interface." There seem to be 109 entries in the
Extension Center with a Dictionary tag at the moment. Again, maybe
update to "over 100"?

I have uploaded the CG7100-Preface on the WIP folder and it is ready for a

Just checked out the CG-7101-Introduction, expect to return it by Friday

A few notes:
i. Do we need to refer to LibreOffice as LibreOffice Community all the
times?
ii. LO 7.0 Calc Guide's Preface says that LO is available in over 40
languages (Page 9), but the wiki page says 115 (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LibreOffice), and I have counted 119 in the
LO Download page (
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?type=rpm-x86_64&version=7.1.0&lang=pick).
The reason Iḿ pointing this out is because the prefaces from others guides
(Writer, Impress...) might display the same message.

Yes I copied the extended tips from the Help to the dialogs for 7.1 (the
<ahelp> tags in Help when applied to dialogs only).
The "?" button in dialogs is not working (it may depend on the windows
manager of the operating system).

As for the "What's This" facility, I'm not sure of its status; I have

I would certainly remove the note about the extended tips not being
fully functional.

I have recently created a folder structure in NextCloud and drafted a
major upgrade to Chapter 13 (Calc as a Database) to remove the macros
and (hopefully) improve the description of the 12 Database functions.
