Why has this unnecessary macro operation been added to chapter 2 of the
"Producing LibreOffice User Guides"?
We already have a perfectly good "Code" style in the 7.2x template. If
the docs team feel the style needs changing/improving then let's simply
agree on a revision of the template, not by adding more complexity to
documentation production.
