This Intrepid (a 94) has a Schraeder valve in the front middle of the 
fuel rail, intended for use in checking fuel pressure levels.  I'm 
using a mechanical gauge meant for this exact task.  

This Intrepid does have a vaccuum line on the regulator but I can't 
speak for newer ones.
