What year? 2ndGen Intrepids have the power locks multiplexed, so you need to build a circuit with two sets of resistances in a relay block to use it.
Tapping any dome light should be OK for a trigger, they all eventually end up at the same place, through a parallel circuit. Year and model and I can give you the parking light wiring color.
