There are commercial kits to repolish the lenses, or you do the same 
thing by wet-sanding in a similar manner to color-sanding a paint 
finish...start with 1000, then 1500, then 2000, then a good abrasive 
polishing compound.  This will clear up surface deterioration, which 
generally is most of the problem.  However whatever deterioration goes 
deeper into the lens won't be cured.

If you do get new ones, specify the ones for a 1995-1997 Intrepid.  They 
had a minor improvement in beam pattern over the 1993-1994.
And aim the lights by the pattern they throw, not by the little levels 
and scales, which are for dummies at State inspection stations (such as 
the corrupt money-gougers in Pennsylvania).  In fact, the Chrysler 
factory method is to aim by the pattern, then calibrate the level and 
scales to show "correct" for the dummies.
