Hey--- I still have a rough idle on my 95, 3.3 liter Intrepid and a blinking cruise light until the engine gets hot. I figure the PCM changes into another mode once it gets hot cause it runs great when after warmup.
Starts right up...but as it warms up it runs very rough..cutting out for a second.and the cruise light blinks .one mechanic said that there is not current to the plugs at this point...and says its the PCM.( I changed the PCM already, but could be reject?) He already changed out the TPS, the and the IVAC motor, which much improved the idle and low speed drivability. Auto Zone says they the dont have the adapter to read my PCM data plug...and the codes arent too clear.. .. I read that the MAP sensor grounds out at over 2500 rpm and..indeed the engine runs okay during the warm up..when I keep over 3000 rpm. until it gets hot! Any recommendations?
