I had the same issue twice, it turned out to be the motor of the fan located outside the radiator, if you start feeling some weird noise & vibration it needs to be replaced. I changed the passenger side last month, last saturday the driver side started having the same issues, now the car is in the garage waiting to be repaired, $157 is the price of each one of them at your local dealership.
