I honestly can't remember if there are two or three wingnuts back there. Something tells me it might be three.
If you're sure you've got all of 'em loose (however many there are...my car's currently out with the wife shopping) remember that stuff moves around on car bodies sometimes, and things get tighter or looser than they were when they came off the line. I'd pop the back of the studs very gently with a rubber mallet.
