I had this problem on my 1995 Intrepid. The rubber drain tube was 
kinked, it should be located directly below the evaporator coil on 
the outside of the car. 

I straightened the tube and a whole bunch of water came pouring out. 
Unfortunately, a few days layer the blower motor siezed due to rust.
