Your PCM can catch lots of sensor problems, and sets a code to tell you. First thing is to pull your codes and see if there is an indicated problem, before you start replacing items.
Then check your fuel pressure. The PCM does not have any way to "see" the fuel pressure, and stalling can be caused by low flow or low pressure. Some stalling events can be solved by a new fuel pump. Autozone will loan out a simple kit to read the pressure.
