All electrical circuits in your Intrepid are fused.  If the fuse for the
lighting is blown, there is almost certainly a wiring fault (a short to
ground, most likely) that is responsible.  You may replace the fuse only to
have it blow again immediately.  You're going to have to track down the
problem carefully.

If you remove the access panel that covers the fuses there should be a
diagram that indicates which circuit each fuse serves.
