*True*, but I noticed they start getting hard to remove from the heads after about 85,000 miles due to galling. They then connect a device that is basically a canister containing a fuel mixture with cleaning solvent that is pressurized by shop air and run the engine off of that for ~15 minutes. This is an old, old scam that dates back to the late eighties; we sold this service back in the early 1990s when I worked for a Lincoln/Mercury dealership.
