Hello all, Heavy (wheel) braking causes lots of stress on the h36 undercarriage and eye bolts. I think in most undercarriage failures it is a case of 20 years of accumulated shocks, among lots of good landings, that it finally lets go. Every DI should include a thorough inspection of the undercarriage and mounts. There are usually warning signs. The factory averages about two replacements a year worldwide.
