Checked VRG and it has tubes in S.One tube left rudder right side had
worked completely out and was on the cable May be some D I people need talking

I found our dimona ZDD had the plastic tubes in the S tube of rudder adj had
worked back and the rudder cables are frayed 5cm from the end but when I looked
at XOO with only 400 hours it has no plastic tube in the S tube at front also
one cable is frayed.
I have been asked to fill in online reporting but no way can I find it this
time and search on site just comes up red. I was in anASK 21 with similar
problem 25+ years ago (came back and jammed rudder as we did cockpit ground
checks) and the frayed cables also on JS1 (Peter Buskins/Col Adam at Bacchus)
at the same spot it should be reported
So please have a look and see if you have a tube in the S or not . Would be
interesting.
