Some birds you have over there. If you have the Hoffmann Aircraft "Instructions for Continued Airworthiness" (ie the service and Maintenance manual) all is revealed regarding repairs such as yours. Towards the back, (chapter 8) there is quite an extensive description of how to go about fibreglass repairs both for the sandwich skin (foam core) and fibreglass layered skin.
