Most do not effect us. I can say service via Harry is excellent. I once asked for a drawing at 4pm and by 9pm I had two drawings and quickly worked out the correct drawing.
Also the wedge shaped rubber on h36 undercart attachment is no longer available so check carefully at DI for attachment and maybe consider cable tie or lock wire to secure so you never loose it.
