Hi, I remember that Laurie once mentioned that you set the propeller for dense air in winter and reset it for the thin air in summer. This is needed for the proper use of the “last RPMs” which significantly matter regarding the thrust. If I understand well you set smaller pitch for winter and bigger for summer (please confirm). I did not find any instructions regarding prop setting in the manual of my prop. Hoffmann HO-V62 R/L 160BT. I would ask for your help. How should I do it? Do you have a good method, tricks and tips? What are the steps of the process? Do you have written guidance or a step by step video? Actually my prop turns 2750 on ground with brake in summer and last week it hardly turned 2650 in cold air.
With many thanks and best regards Győző --------------------------------------------------------------------- You are subscribed to the Dimona Owners Group mailing list. This list is archived in public. http://waikeriegliding.com/dog/ To unsubscribe, send email to: [email protected]
