This case resembles that the Doctor percieved first aids outside the
hospital, but he arrested by the charge of the injury.
I was sentenced in Yokohama district court on 1. Oct. 2003.
I insisted that I had just perfomed basic psychiatric first aids in
YOKOHAMA DISTRICT COURT.

The JUDGE said the diagnosis is superior to professional explanation
of first aids of specialist. The JUDGE said that the explanations of
the first aids by docor are not incredible because there is the
Diagnosis"systemic contussion".
In Japanese, "systemic contussion" usualy means severe injury
in high-level emergency center. The JUDGE create new words
"slight systemic injury".
The many papers about first aids does not mean under this sentence. I
am tired to achieve a new trial. This sentence is only a sophism.
But JAPANESE JUDGES could not identify where are wounds.

The Diagnosis is apparently overdiagnosis. "systemic contussion".
But the victim(my wife) had not admitted in the hospital by
these "INJURY".
I could not understand that these 5 photos proved "systemic
contusion" because there is no significant traumatic purpuras,
swellings, sprains, and trauma in hands. Just wounds under knees.

There are small traumatic purpura at the area just under the left knee
(38cm), but 38cm is the standard height of Japanese toilet . And I
hear the sounds of Self injury of the victim after First aids in
toilet of my house. The small traumatic purpura at right shin, but it
is not different from daily wounds.
And The Victim testified that she did not know why were there wounds
at the area just under the knee.
The Victim insisted that she had purpuras both upper arms in court,
but there are no such injuries in 5 photos.
THERE IS NO REASON that the crime laboratory investigation section
could not take photos of the purpuras on her upper arms.
One point; There are examination for advancement in Kanagawa Police
Agency at 16 May 2003.False alligation had occured at 11 May 2003
(Sun).
THIS IS THE INVESTIGATOR'S CRIME.
While I was in Detention house, my weight was 13kg down(87kg to
74kg).
Our parants appealed the impossibility of indictment. (In JAPANESE)
