Dear All mohon informasinya ttg susu utk ibu menyusui. apakah setiap ibu menyusui diharuskan mengkonsumsi susu khusus ibu menyusui, ataukah boleh mengkonsumsi susu lain (bukan khusus utk ibu menyusui) seperti susu utk dewasa (susu bubuk / susu cair). mohon informasinya, terima kasih
