sy coba artikan yg kesannya aja ya biar lebih simpel. spondylolisthesis artinya ada pergeseran ke depan antara 2 tulang belakang dimana pada kasus ini terjadi pada tulang lumbal 5-6. Dysalignment antarlumbal 5-6 (ada lumbalisasi sacral 1) Osteophyt pada lumbal 4 dan 5. Ruas lumbal sedikit moncong ke kanan. Sela antar ruas lumbal 5-6 sempiit. Pedicle normal.
