I keep having troubles with boost. It only fails when I try to add gts, mpi and scotch, see build 45 on http://fenics.org:8010/dolfin/
I installed boost locally, and tried to set the withBoostDir argument to scons. Should the prefix suffice, or does it want the lib directory?
