What data structure do we plan to use to store the dof map inside DofMap? A plain 1D array of unsigned integers with an offset for each cell?
I'm asking because I'd like to try some renumbering strategies which if we settle on a data structure for the dof map won't interfere with the current work of Anders on the parallel BuildDofMap.
