Hi, Trilinos 9.0.2 was just recently accepted into Debian unstable and I have now backported the packages to Jaunty and uploaded them to packages.simula.no. For those running Jaunty, please try them out and let me know how they work.
The libraries are prefixed with libtrilinos_ (libml.so becomes libtrilinos_ml.so) and the header files are installed into /usr/include/trilinos (usually /usr/include) so we probably need to do some tweaking in the pkg-config generator in simula-scons for the packages to work with DOLFIN.
