Bug description:
The following code does not create a distributed mesh in parallel:
File f("somemeshfile.xml");
Mesh mesh;
f >> mesh;
The following code works as expected, i.e. a distributed mesh in constructed:
Mesh mesh("somemeshfile.xml");
