Have you tried both sudo port install vtk-devel +python26
and sudo port install vtk-devel +py26 ? Status in DOLFIN: Invalid Bug description: Hi! I recently sucesfully installed dorsal, but I can not use Viper in ipython. My problem is very similar to that relating to Question #102151 but there seem not to be a similar solution. I have tried to reinstall vtk-devel and then dorsal, but have not been succesfull. The following is my output when trying to import viper in ipython.
