I played around with a CMake test for MTL4, and once I got the hang of
it is was really easy!
Something I noticed is that if
include_directories(${MTL4_INCLUDE_DIR})
add_definitions(-DHAS_MTL4)
are used in the Foo.cmake file, then there is no need set the include
dirs and flags in dolfin/CMakeLists.txt.
