I'm not keen on the separate FindBoost.dolfin file. It only saves three lines, and obscures which components we're looking for, the fact that they are required and build options and it obscured the minimum required version. The FindFoo.cmake files should be generic and not imply build decisions (link type, minimum version, etc)
