I didn't find anything, but I added a little helper to the CMakeLists.txt file. Just set $CMAKE_CONFIG_PATH where the ufc-config.cmake file is in $CMAKE_CONFIG_PATH/share/ufc/cmake I'm not to sure about the name $CMAKE_CONFIG_PATH, and we can change some details of where precisely it point to.
