This is fixed in revision 5264 in the development version:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~dolfin-core/dolfin/main/revision/5264
You can either apply this patch to the DOLFIN 0.9.9 source tree or you
can let Dorsal build the unstable version of FEniCS by setting
stable=false in dorsal.cfg.
