There are some hacks in site-packages/dolfin/adaptivity/residual.py
(the docstring for one function is "Super-hack") that are now broken following some changes to the Python linear algebra interface, specifically indexing into matrices. Will the adaptivity Python module be removed when the C++ version is ready?
