It's not hardcoded in SWIG, but in the config files that are generated
during installation. If you move the folder after installation, you will
have to modify the paths in at least these files:
lib\pkgconfig\ufc-1.pc
lib\pkgconfig\libxml-2.0.pc
lib\pkgconfig\dolfin.pc
share\dolfin\dolfin.conf
share\dolfin\cmake\dolfin-config.cmake
