No. I guess it is because we use CMake's try_run command instead of check_cxx_source_runs in FindScotchPT.cmake. It seems that try_run doesn't add anything to CMakeError.log when it fails, but I think that turning on SCOTCH_DEBUG should give the information that is needed.
