It looks like we need to link to boost_math when building some obscure UFL forms. Not sure how to best implement this using the new CMake system.
One way is to include it in the UseUFC file, would that be overkill, as it should only be used for the forms, which uses boost_math. Another way is to add functionality to add libs and libdirs to the cmake system, similar to what we did with distutils previously. Any comments?
