Il y a un pb lors de la mise à jour d'une fiche d'action commerciale
lorsqu'il n'y a pas de contact.
Pour remédier à ce problème, j'ai modifié la ligne 197 du fichier
actioncomm.class.php en :
$sql.= ", fk_contact =".($this->contact->id?$this->contact->id:"null");
