On fait une fiche d'intervention à l'avance, en l'envoie au client (pdf). on
réserve donc le créneau horaire pour ce client.
MAIS sur l'agenda cette intervention ne figure pas.

I think this is a violation of the private life to see the private messages
of your user. I'm opposed with this potentialy new feature.
