I think that is designed for notifications to internal users of Dolibarr
and should not be stored in notifications_def. Should use the table
prelevement_notifications (only for internal user withdrawals
notifications):

A withdrawal may contain different customers bills. Therefore it makes
no sense to notify a customer a payment of a debit of a withdrawal
indicating an amount which may not correspond to the customer bill.

For a customer , I think it is more appropriate to inform customer that
customer bill has been paid/rejected by customer bank
