If yes there is a bug. If not, this means your project is not
"dedicated" to a particular third party so you must removed to
thirdparty on project card. Then you will be able to link project to
several different thirdparties.
It seems to be a bug, but i miss perhaps a point. I began to create a
global option 'allow supplier's orders to be bound to any project",
anyhow i prefer ask if this is suitable :)
