Hi every dolibarr dev.
The 3.1 branch has been created.
It contains the current 3.1 beta 2.
So development of new features can start now on CVS HEAD.
All fix for 3.1 beta 2 will be commited into the new branch called
DOLIBARR_3_1_BRANCH.
Also delta of changes done on 3.1 beta until release can be viewed on
this page:

However, for this time, please DO NOT COMMIT anything into this CVS branch.
We will use this branch to experiment GIT migration so all commits for
this branch (and only for this branch) must be done into git hub

All commit for the HEAD development must still be done into the Savannah CVS
