I do not know about the fckeditor directory that is in the themes, by
cons must be left for now, the directory /core/filemanagerdol/ because
we use function of sending files in fckeditor ckeditor, because they
are not included in free version.
True ckeditor is only a small part of fckeditor. That's why we must keep
code into core/filemanagerdol. But this code is no more provided by an
external lib and is specific to dolibarr.

* Do we really need to have multiple jQuery color pickers and tree
style file selectors ?
I'm working on it to use "jstree"by default
colorpicker and jpicker are two different feature. First one suggest to
pick among a list of predefined color. Second one suggest to pick any color.
We need both but i didn't find any plugin that can do the two feature.
But yes, if you find a GPL js lib that offer the two, it will be a
pleasure to discard the two lib to keep ony one.
* Shouldn't we use git submodules to manage dependencies that are
managed in other git repositories ?
Some libraries are modified in the code, and other clean unnecessary
files, so it becomes complicated to git submodules.
About putting Dolibarr under GPLv3+, I don't see any problem because
the code is already GPLv2+ so anyone can put it under GPLv3+.
In doubt, I'd contact the FSF rather than the APRIL.
